Coon Bluff Engagement Session // Lauren + Aaron
I had the opportunity to spend this weekend with Lauren + Aaron and photograph their beautiful Coon Bluff engagement session by the river! I have to say, I am loving the images that we were able to capture and the genuine love that these two have for each other! Here is how they met and fell in love and how Aaron proposed from Lauren’s point of view…
Our story dates back to 2008 when we began college at PVCC. I had signed up for a psychology class & my best friend from high school was also taking a psychology class, but you know how girls are. We naturally did whatever we could to be in the same class together. We obviously made that happen and I began class that day with Rochelle. A few weeks had gone by and luck would have it, someone took Aaron’s seat and the only open one was next to me, which was just amazing. After a few days Aaron had left the class to get an Arizona Iced Tea, when he returned I had made the comment “Where’s mine?” Aaron replied with “You wish I loved you that much.” We have been together since October 21st, 2018.
We started a tradition 3 years by going to San Diego for the 4th of July for a couple days and spending the actual 4th at Camp Pendleton for the 4th of July bash, with of course an awesome fireworks show to end the night. One of our buddies Joe was based at the Camp at that time so we would make it a tradition to visit him and Aaron’s cousin Johnny. My friend Katie also came along for the ride as well, so this was definitely going to be a fun trip. We visited the beach and partied for a couple days before the bash.
It was finally the “big day” and we headed down to Camp and were able to spend it with those who have given us so much. Let me tell it is seriously one of the greatest bash’s for the 4th. We had partied all day with everyone and the fireworks show happens every year after sun down. This is where Aaron asked one of the most important questions any man could ask in his life. It was seriously one of the greatest moment of my life. It was everything I could have asked for. All I could say was “Are you serious?” so much that I almost forgot to say “YES!!!”
I am absolutely in love with this Coon Bluff Engagement session!
