Erica + Steven’s Classy Chic Windmill Winery Wedding is on the blog today and I could not be more excited!
I met Erica + Steven almost 2 years ago at an open house and we hit it off immediately! They both live in Southern California and after getting to know each other a little better, we decided that shooting their engagement session in So Cal would be EPIC! A few short months later, I had the honor of spending the day in So Cal with some of the most beautiful scenery! These two kind souls made their wedding so beautiful and the love that they show each other is beyond words! Here is how they met…
Erica + Steven met as freshman at CSU. Steven had just moved to Fort Collins from Vermont and Erica had just moved from Arizona. It was one of the very first weekends of college. They started hanging out with friends and soon they became really great friends and then roommates over the next few years and finally started dating during their senior year of college.
Since then, they have both finished their degrees at CSU and moved to Denver. After living in Denver for a few years, it was on to San Diego!
It was a sunny Souther California day and Steven planned a day adventure with Erica visiting all of the local breweries that they enjoyed and it ended with a beautiful California sunset and under a full moon and a private sailboat, Steven asked Erica to spend the rest of her life with him. It could not have been more romantic and of course she said yes and the rest is history!
They spent the day at The Windmill Winery in Florence Arizona for their Classy Chic wedding and the details could not have been more perfect! From the rustic but yet classy details of the winery to the Erica’s grandmothers heirloom serving utensils, every last piece of their classy chic wedding day is one for the books!
